Blue, amber, or magenta: This is indicating the status of the connection between Orbi Voice and the Orbi router: Blue: Connection is Good and stable. Amber: Connection is Fair. Try to place your Orbi Voice closer to the Orbi router. You’ll see the LED will turn Amber for 3 minutes and then it will turn OFF. Magenta: Failed Connection. That means your Orbi Voice is farther from the Orbi router, move it closer and try again. Off (no color): Not Connected. Your Orbi Voice is not connected to the Orbi router.
